FWIW, I think it should be sufficient to use a single issue query and bulk edit them. I love the idea of using the bot, but if we just delete the label afterwards then it won't have any more work to do :)
There is a chance that we should look at all Area-Rendering issues before we do this, just so we understand what the recipient pool looks like.

I can also add an
isOpenfilter, if desired. I think the next step would be to wait for the bot to run, then delete theArea-AtlasEnginetag entirely.
