Repro Steps:

1. Create a container app ->Add a Secret ->Enter a secret name
2. Enter a secret value in the input box
3. Check whether the value can be viewed

Expect:
The value should be visible when inputting in the input box

Actual:
The value cannot be viewed, making it inconvenient to know what characters are being inputted for customer
