fix: revert overrides/version bump, apply npm audit fix only

- Revert package.json to original state (no overrides, @microsoft/vscode-azext-eng@1.0.0-alpha.8)
- Revert parsePruneLikeOutput.ts to original state
- Run npm audit fix (updates package-lock.json where possible; remaining 4 vulnerabilities in diff/serialize-javascript transitive deps of mocha require --force)
