Add CSV Data Export for Analytics Dashboard

The Problem
Manifest visualizes tokens, costs, and message volumes beautifully, but users (or finance teams) often need this raw data for internal reporting or billing. Currently, there is no easy way to export this data from the dashboard.
The Solution
Add a simple "Export to CSV" button to the dashboard that downloads their current analytics view.
