Maximum number of songs in an album?

Hello, i have an album with 170 songs. When i try to open it, it is only spinning and it is not possible to play songs from it.

Are there a maximum numbers of songs supported in one album by Music Assistant?

No. You need to look in the logs to see if there is any errors being thrown. There might be something wrong with the tracks.

Thanks! I see in the log that there are three songs missing ID3-tags in the album.

I've deleted the files, but the problem is still there. Have rebooted the system and i can no longer see the songs missing the ID3-tags

I can read this in the log, but not sure if this is the cause:

Probably is the issue (not the audio db one). I would start by removing half of the tracks and keep halving it until you find what is causing the problem. I have a kids Christmas album with 100 songs and that works fine.

Thanks for the support! I diveded the album in two and tagged the new album with a new album name. Then both are working fine in MA. When i try to merge them together again the error returns... The number of songs in MA is the same as in the album(s) shown in file explorer. I guess i have to live with two albums :)

Thanks. Interesting. If you have time to test it would be useful to know at what point the error occurs. As I said I have an album with 100 songs and that works ok so it is more than that. I would start with 129 and then go from there.

I don't have any frontend issues, but I am getting a similar error when one of my file providers is scanning its content.
The reported folders is off by one (220 directories according to commandline in DOS and 219 in 'browse folder' for this provider :

While re-tagging files in that folder I noticed a few albums with music brainz Id's could not be found (music brainz giving a 404 error).
I wonder if that kind of error could cause the errors during scan ...
