We believe innovation thrives in environments where everyone feels safe, heard, and empowered.

💡 Our Standards

All participants in this community — contributors, users, reviewers, maintainers — are expected to:

  • ✅ Use welcoming and inclusive language
  • ✅ Be respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences
  • ✅ Gracefully accept constructive feedback
  • ✅ Focus on what is best for the project and the community
  • ✅ Show empathy toward others

🚫 Unacceptable Behavior

Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

  • ❌ Trolling, insulting or derogatory comments
  • ❌ Publishing others' private information (doxxing)
  • ❌ Disruptive conduct that hinders collaboration

📣 Reporting Issues

If you witness or experience unacceptable behavior, please report it confidentially:

📧 Email: info@neuroglia.io

All reports will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly. We will respect confidentiality and act in the best interest of community safety.

⚖️ Enforcement

Community maintainers are responsible for enforcing this code of conduct. They may take any action they deem appropriate, including:

  • Warnings
  • Temporary or permanent bans
  • Removal of contributions

🙌 Attribution

This Code of Conduct is adapted from the Contributor Covenant, version 2.1.

We strive to build not just a powerful agentic orchestration system, but a community as thoughtful and adaptive as the agents it empowers.
