This PR temporarily disables a ChemRxiv test case by commenting it out, as the ChemRxiv API is currently broken and causing test failures.
Changes:
- Commented out the ChemRxiv ReferenceCase test data (lines 393-468) to prevent test failures when the broken ChemRxiv API is called
