Description

When adding a remote space via the quick-add flow, the space does not appear in the Settings UI spaces list.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the quick-add flow to add a remote space
2. Open Settings > Spaces
3. Observe the newly added space is not listed

Expected Behavior

The space should appear in the Settings UI spaces list after being added via quick-add.

Actual Behavior

The space is missing from the Settings UI.
