Bug: When refreshing a chat session page, the default agent is being displayed instead of the actual agent #8087

Reproduction step

  • Create a new chat session with an agent (non default)
  • Wait for the agent response
  • Refresh the page

Observed behavior

  • The agent displayed in the current chat session is the default agent (as it can be seen in the agent logo next to its message).
  • The selected agent being wrong, some options in the chat input bar are for instance wrongly displayed / missing.
  • By clicking on another conversation and then returning to this conversation, the correct agent is then displayed.

Expected behavior

  • The agent displayed should be the actual agent at page refresh
