Eng Live Captioning: Chunk Size of 3-5 seconds.

Hiii Forks ,

I am trying to go for Live captioning for cricket commentary in English language.

Like speech to text.

I have chunks of 3-5 seconds.
I am facing these below errors:

i) Words missing
ii) Random Extra words(Error words)

Can you people please suggest how to approach the problem statements?

Eveif if we go for model trying what should be best approach for me??

Please guide us.
