Add comprehensive Roslyn-to-OpenRewrite LST syntax mapping document
Documents every Roslyn C# syntax element and its corresponding OpenRewrite LST type, with code snippet examples, marker usage, and analysis of why custom Cs types were needed vs reusing J types.
