Install of btop incorrectly indicates it has failed

Description of issue

NOTE: I tried running brew install gcc as suggested by brew doctor but the output remained the same.

Install of btop on Ubuntu server indicates that it has failed but is actually working?

Installing btop has failed!

After that "failure" running brew install btop:

Warning: btop 1.4.6 is already installed and up-to-date.

which btop correctly shows:

/home/linuxbrew/.linuxbrew/bin/btop

And the application can be run successfully using sudo btop and sudo /home/linuxbrew/.linuxbrew/bin/btop

The formula probably needs to be amended so it no longer indicates it has failed.

It looks like the issue could be related to missing locale env vars.

Running the command without sudo fails:

$ /home/linuxbrew/.linuxbrew/bin/btop
ERROR: No UTF-8 locale detected!
Use --force-utf argument to force start if you're sure your terminal can handle it.

$ locale

Then after settings LANG and LC_ALL the btop commands succeeds and uninstalling and reinstalling no longer indicates a failure.

It wasn't btop itself that failed install. The problem was elsewhere:-

You can try again using:
 brew postinstall gcc

As that message suggests, brew postinstall gcc even if btop seems to work for you now after fixing your locale env vars.
