When I was in High School I signed up for Student Developer Pack, and I got approved and I used it. Then my account got flagged for no reason, and after manual review by Github team, reinstated, but I guess that reset my Student Developer Pack, and every link that can possibly help me apply for it again redirects me to github.com/pricing. This link https://education.github.com/pack tells me they are processing my application, and I don't know if they actually are, but I know that if they actually try to verify the information I had before (I know they are not calling my high school to see if I till go there, but I don't even have the HS email I used to verify my student ship anymore) it will fail, because I went to university.

There is no right ticket category option for this problem.

1. Your account flag likely "orphaned" your billing state, causing the loop to github.com/pricing; you must break this by clearing your browser cache or using Incognito mode.
3. Navigate to your Email Settings, delete the old high school email, and add/verify your new university email address.
5. Visit the Re-verify page directly; if it shows a "Processing" message, you must wait for the current 72-hour window to expire before the "Apply" button resets.
7. Once reset, select "I do not have a school-issued email" to upload a photo of your University ID, which overrides the outdated high school data in the system.

That link sending you to the pricing page? That’s the system's way of saying it’s confused. It thinks you’re currently being verified (the "processing" message), so it locks the door to the application form to stop you from submitting twice. But because your account was flagged, the "key" to that door is broken. You can't fix this on your end. No amount of clearing cookies or waiting will help

Go to the GitHub General Support page.
Do not select "Education" if it redirects you. Instead, look for "Account & Security" or "Billing".
Old trick: If you can't find a category that fits, pick "Two-factor authentication" or "Login issues"—those tickets get read fast. You can apologize in the text later.

Once they reply (it might take a few days, they are slow these days) and say they've reset your status:
Log out and log back in.
Go to the education page. The "Processing" message should be gone.
Do not try to use your old High School email.
Start a brand new application using your University email and upload your University ID. Since you are physically at a new school, make sure you allow the browser to see your location so their geofence checks verify you are actually on/near campus.
Hang in there. This is just a database glitch, not a rejection. You just need a human on the inside to hit the "reset" button.

Hi, I'm pretty sure your account's education status is stuck in a broken backend state after reinstatement, this is a known bug with no user-side fix. Try this direct link: https://education.github.com/discount_requests/new
if that still redirects you, you need a manual reset from GitHub Support. Go to https://support.github.com/contact/education and explain your issue asking for a reset of your GitHub Education eligibility on the backend, so you can submit a fresh application.
Once they reset it, reapply with your university student ID, no institutional email is needed.
