Github account, my youtube followers report getting 404!!

What is the deal? I've had my github account for about 12 years. I just started using it with some new stuff I worked on and I just started a youtube channel. My one project got 30 stars then people in the comments started saying they get 404 when trying to go to my github account. But I was able to access it fine. So I thought they were messing around. So then more people started saying in the comments. My youtube channel just started growing!!! Now it's been two days and I put in a ticket and got NO RESPONSE. When I try to email trust and safety at github it says the email is blocked for some policy issue, I tried my other email, blocked, tried my wife's email, blocked. WHAT IS THE DEAL??????!!!
