this usually happens when system compares the field name separately on the billing page ur first name is stored as JUNSEO and ur last name as LEE while on the certificate its stored as JUNSEO LEE as a single field so u can try hope this helps |

This is a common issue for international students. Your billing name and document name need to match exactly — try going to Settings → Billing & plans and combining your name into one field as JUNSEO LEE instead of splitting it across first and last name, then resubmit your document. |

I am Korean, and my name is JUNSEO LEE. I am trying to submit my certificate of enrollment to use the Education Benefits, but it says that the name on the document does not match.
On the billing page, my first name is written as JUNSEO and my last name is LEE. On my certificate of enrollment, my name is written as JUNSEO LEE.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
