I have had almost exactly the opposite issue. I often want it to submit a new PR for any changes, but it'll just commit it directly to the branch which will often result in broken builds and then I have to go and fix that before I can bring in my own PR. It would be good if it respected me saying "Please submit a different PR for this" as it often doesn't in my experience. |

Before yesterday, I was able to ask Copilot on GH to fix review comments directly in the PR. It would create a session within the PR, address the issue,s and resolve comments.
Today something changed
@copilot open a new pull request to apply changes based on the comments in [this thread](https://github.com/blahblahblah)Why is this an issue
