Account marked as 'Spammy' #189944

I think I read somewhere that having your organization name as part of your username is considered 'suspicious'. I have tried to change my username for this account but the option to do so on the website is disabled and prompts me to raise a support ticket when clicked. I now have two support tickets open :( |

That situation sounds really concerning, especially when it affects your visibility and contributions. Sometimes automated systems flag accounts incorrectly due to unusual activity patterns or bulk actions. Since you’ve already opened a support ticket, that’s the right step. It may take some time, but following up there is usually the only way to get it reviewed. |

This is my first time posting in the github community so please forgive me and let me know if there is a better channel or topic thread in which to post this type of issue.
On Friday (03/13) my account (https://github.com/maxn-adobe) was marked as 'Spammy' and as a result my account is hidden from others, including my Pull Requests and comments on other people's Pull Requests.
I have no idea why this has occurred. I have not engaged in any spammy behavior, or done anything with the account other than normal work. I immediately opened a ticket (https://support.github.com/ticket/personal/0/4158366) and have commented on it multiple times since this occurred, asking for any type of assistance towards getting it re-instated.
Hoping I can get any sort of advice or attention to this matter by posting about it here.
