Hi @Hovmeistro, The first step requires you to visit settings and then select billing to check whether pro+ remains active before you proceed with logging out and back in to refresh your current session. I hope they resolve this issue in the near future. |

Hi,
I recently upgraded to Copilot Pro+, but my quota has not increased and I was billed today.
When I try to use the support contact form, it doesn’t let me submit a ticket (see screenshot attached).
My GitHub username is
Hovmeistro.I need urgent help with either enabling my correct quota or refunding/adjusting my Pro+ subscription to align with my quota reset date (April 1).
I have no other way to contact support—please advise or escalate.
