Can't search repos & pull requests ("...has not been indexed yet")

All repos in my organize cannot be found in search. Same with the pull requests.

It worked before but just stopped working this morning.

All the opening PRs disappeared from the list tab, I can only access them via the URL.

I tried searching and got error saying "This account's code has not been indexed yet. Try again later." when I search in organize.

And got "This repository's code is being indexed right now. Try again later."
and later with the same search I got "Unknown repo: ......"

Anyone please help.
