4 days is within GitHub Support's normal response window for billing tickets, but it can feel long when you're waiting on money. Check your original ticket at https://support.github.com to see if there's been any activity. If it's been over 5-7 business days with no reply, you can respond to the same ticket to bump it back up the queue. GitHub does process refunds for accidental purchases, especially when there's been no usage. The key things to mention if you haven't already: the exact date of purchase, that you haven't used the plan at all, and that you'd like a full refund or a downgrade with pro-rated credit. One thing to avoid: don't open multiple separate tickets for the same issue. It can actually push your request further back. Stick to replying on the original ticket. |
