My application for education benefits as a teacher at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" keeps getting rejected without a reason.

After reviewing the common reasons for rejection, I have verified that:

• the provided proof of academic status is clearly legible, on official university letterhead, signed and stamped by the Dean's office
• the document has a current clearly specified date
• the name of the document matches the name in my billing information
• the email provided is validly associated with Sofia University
• I am applying from the university network, so the location check should pass
