In account settings there's location options where you can select your location you might not have selected yours

Hello DENDORoff,

The same thing happened to me this year. I suspect it might be related to desktop or laptop web location access. When I tried doing the application on a mobile device, it worked flawlessly. This isn't a solution, but it might be a workaround to get the benefits!

Unfortunately, I couldn't try what Syed-56 just mentioned. That could work too!
