There're 2 private repositories. Copilot is working on 1 of them, but needs to access 2nd. What is the official way to achieve this?

I'm pretty sure its impossible, the best way would be to either provide enough content to the point at which he won't need the second repo, or using the local Github Copilot version with both repos present

I was looking for the same. We have a backend and frontend repo and we would like to give access to the frontend repo for some backend tasks and viceversa. Currently I can't find a way to do it, without using VS Code locally with both repo opened.
Example of chat request during the session (org name replaced with ...):

using mcp server check also the frontend repo called web-app to have more context

The user wants me to use the MCP server to check the frontend repo called "web-app" to get more context about how the ... work from the frontend side. Let me search for the web-app repository in the ... organization.

The search is not finding a "web-app" repo in ... org. It might be private and not accessible through search. Let me try getting the file contents directly from .../web-app or try listing the repos in the organization.
