Hello GitHub Community,
I am posting here because my support ticket #4151914 has been open for 31 days without any response.
Issue:
I was incorrectly charged $8.21 on March 6, 2026, during my Copilot Pro free trial which started on March 1. I cancelled the subscription immediately on March 6, but I have not received a refund or any update for a month.
This unresolved billing issue has prevented me from using the service during my trial. Could a staff member please escalate this to the billing department?
