Copilot in GitHub

Hi,
I'm facing an "Access denied" error. I cannot access https://github.com/copilot and Copilot Chat is not working in VS Code.
My Copilot Pro subscription is active on my account settings page. This is not a local or network issue as the problem persists on the official GitHub website.
It appears my account may be stuck with an incorrect "trial" entitlement on the backend. Could an admin please review and manually refresh the Copilot entitlement for my account?
Thanks.
