Problem:
I cannot access https://github.com/copilot (shows "Access denied. You do not have permission to view this."). The same "Access denied" / "Language model unavailable" occurs in VS Code.

What I have already tried:

• Confirmed my Copilot Pro subscription is Active (see first screenshot).
• Revoked OAuth apps and re-signed in.
• Generated a classic token with copilot scope and signed in via VS Code.
• Checked budgets and usage (Premium requests at 11.3%, not exhausted).
• No organization policies blocking Copilot.
