Hi support team,

I was normally using Github Copilot and Chat for long time previously in VS Code, but it suddenly not working from mid-Mar 2026, it looks like my Github account can't use Coplit anymore, I got error alert says "It appears you are not eligible to sign up for Github Copilot Free". I've read many articles in websites but nil exact solution mentioned, I'm very sure I didn't do any illegal operations, can you help check and advice how can I resume to use Github Copilot Free? I do need to use Github Copilot badly, please help ASAP!

I also tried to check profile settings by https://github.com/settings/copilot/features, when I click "Start Using Copilot Free" or "buy Copilot Pro", it always redirecting to a blank page

The error message also displayed on top of this website, can anyone provide solution how to fix it?
