Hi. I have a paid Github account and I want to add paid Copilot access. I have tried everything to add it. On my Copilot screen it says I'm under a free account and I'm restricted. How do I add paid access without going crazy? Trying to give this company money for services and it shouldn't be this hard. What am I missing?

Copilot requires a valid payment method on file. If billing isn’t fully set up or verified, you’ll stay on the free tier.

I'm on a paid Github account. Or do I need to establish a paid Copilot account outside Github? Please advise. This is way harder than it should be.
