Is anyone else being billed usage without even using Copilot?! I am losing my fucking mind.

I am on a business seat through my company. I have not touched VSCode, Neovim inline completions, regular inline completions or Copilot review in any facet at all. I haven't even breathed in the goddamn direction of Copilot today...

Usage went up from 13% to 19% in a day.

This morning when I got in around 9am:

What the actual fuck is going on? Agent debug log shows nothing. I'm just being billed for fucking nothing?

• what you expected the usage to be,
• any details about Copilot surfaces that were enabled or disabled during that time.
