Our developers are getting "credit limit reached" error message already as of June 4th whereas Admin portal shows only ~2800/33K AI credits used. Any idea what's going on? This is blocking their work. Can't even do Copilot reviews.
Error message -
"You've reached your credit limit. To continue working, please contact your organization's Copilot admin or wait until your credits reset on July 1, 2026 at 5:30 AM."
AI Usage shows -
"Included credits
2,860 / 33,000 AI credits
Included AI credits consumed by Copilot users in your account. Monthly limit resets in 27 days on July 1, 2026."
