It has been five days since I submitted Copilot support ticket #4435683, yet no one has addressed it; I’d like to discuss Microsoft’s policies regarding support tickets with everyone here. Feel free to share how long your tickets have gone unresolved so we can compare who has been waiting the longest. I really have to wonder if the Microsoft Copilot team is even functioning properly anymore—are they planning to shut down the department? Does anyone know how to escalate a complaint to a higher level? I am currently trying to get a refund and cancel my subscription due to the absurd and infuriating new billing model introduced in June; Copilot no longer meets my work needs, and I have already switched to Codex. At this point, I just want to finalize the refund—I have absolutely no expectations left for Copilot.
