I understand the assumption that you don't want to pay extra for tokens- Copilot can't generate losses —and I accept them.
So, it's not a problem that you're settling tokens—the problem is that you're selling them at absurdly high prices.
Proof: I did the following test with my son—he did the same job on his Pro as I did on Claude Code.
Result? His entire quota wasn't enough for the job I did on Claude Code in a 5-hour session with a standard subscription for €18.
Do you understand? For €18, I buy hundreds of these 5-hour sessions a month from Andropik—your entire monthly quota is maxed out.
Either you can reach an agreement with the sellers to settle tokens at the same prices they do.
Or a way to connect your Google or Antropic subscriptions to copilot (subscriptions - not the API keys)
Or you can close Copilot, because it's completely pointless these days.
I personally will monitor the situation until the end of the period and then I will drop out - and most of your clients will do the same
