I'm still have yet to hear about my open ticket by Github customer service for my ticket. I performed the same work I have for the last 2 months on a routine, even less because I was afk prompting at work. Between 7am and 4pm(?) it racked up ~45$.
Something isn't right, there's NO POSSIBLE WAY I actually used that many requests. On top of this, I stopped using it, and my usage kept ticking up for about an hour after I was done. I heard something about the delayed billing, ok, understandble, but there is no possible way I used that many requests.
I feel like this is being swept under the rug and the powers that be just made a big enough payday they're not going to admit their mistake.
Unless customer service contacts me apologizing for their bug, I'm out. Never again.
