Vaul & Responsive dialog extension for mantine

Hello,

I have created an extension for the Mantine library called mantine-vaul. It features a drawer that is UX-friendly for mobile devices. Additionally, the library includes a component named "Responsive Dialog" that can display a modal, drawer, or vaul based on the breakpoint.
