Frozen drop down menus.

I am noticing that there are various pages where the dropdown menu renders even if you don’t click/hover.
The issue it creates is that it covers essential elements and sometimes even buttons I want to click on.
Is anyone else having this issue?

Here are some screenshots to better explain myself:
NOTE: In both screenshots, I did not click on the dropdown menus. They just appear when the page loads and it won’t go away even if I click elsewhere.

Here there are what seems windows that should render when clicked on but are just there.

Here the dropdown menu is covering essential features of the page rendering inability to modify settings.
