Step 4 doesn't trigger GH Actions even when merged

Step 4: Create a blog post, does not trigger GH Actions and is stuck.
Furthermore the example shows quotation marks around the title, which wasn't mentioned as necessary in the former steps - a tad bit more detail on the syntax would be welcome.

me too... not sure if there is a way to manually move to the next step..
or to understand if I did something wrong that doesn't let the trigger happen.

seemed like it was a problem in the introduction tutorial too. I just didn't have any
way of knowing what state I was in or what I still had to do... you just have to guess
why its not triggering. :( over a fail.
