Additional Use Grant: Production use of the Licensed Work is permitted,

                      1. The Licensed Work is invoked directly as a
                      command-line process by a human operator or automated
                      script, for the operator's own internal use, and is NOT
                      embedded in, called by, wrapped by, or integrated with
                      any application, service, or interface that is offered
                      to third parties. For the avoidance of doubt, this
                      prohibits using the Licensed Work as a backend component
                      of any web service, API, desktop application, mobile
                      application, browser extension, IDE plugin, or any

                      entities, is less than $1,000,000 USD.

                      Any Production use not meeting ALL of the above
                      conditions requires a separate commercial license
                      from the Licensor.
