* [automated] Create package recipe from SSF files

* added basic janno file for 2025_Schuetz_Sarmatians

* Updated .janno file

* remove hidden lock file

* fix decimal separator, round down median ages, fix formatting

* Move provided janno to minotaur-archive branch
