Bug description

In stable, spinners has fixed drain regardless to HP value making it balanced.
In lazer spinners has different drain for each HP value which can lead to cases when player completed spinner as it should but lost all HP:

For compare, there is osu!stable spinner drain (all HP values returns the same behaviour):

I'm posting this because it's really weird (it can lead to instafail SS score by only 1 miss by very long spinner even if 477rpm because HP stopping restoring if reached max spinner bonus but it drains too much).

It's weird because you can achieve it even on HP4:
