qBittorrent & operating system versions

qBittorrent 5.2.1, Windows 10

What is the problem?

I set UI Theme File to a relative file name:

It works most of the time, unless qBittorrent is started with a current directory that is not equal to qBittorrent's root directory (happens on Windows when qBittorrent is started by clicking on a torrent file in a different directory).

I think that relative paths in settings should be resolved relative to the qBittorrent's root directory. The program can just set current directory to qBittorrent directory to fix the issue.
