Pickleball has become very popular in North America over the last 5 years. sport=pickleball is an accepted tag for OSM data. In fact, it is the 22nd-most-common value for the sport tag, with 17,000 records.
It is a supported preset in Rapid editor, but it currently shares an icon with Tennis, which is a very different racket (and sport).
This PR adds a pickleball icon to temaki in the "sports" group.
All of the drawn points are on 0.5-pixel intervals. Most of the control points are on 0.25-pixel intervals, though a few are on 0.05-pixel intervals.
