Revamped Rouge website is live!

I've updated the DNS to point https://rouge.jneen.net and https://rouge.jneen.ca at my own deployment of the Rouge website, now with snappier loading, more vivid colours (now uses the default Rouge colour scheme, based on the old Thankful Eyes scheme for Gedit). Thanks @tancnle and GitLab for hosting the site up until now.

We've added a version drop-down, which includes a main selector that is updated from this repository daily. Please let me know if any bugs crop up with this, as it's a bit complex implementation-wise. I'll be watching the logs as well.
