Bump uuid, @nomicfoundation/hardhat-toolbox and hardhat

Removes [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid), [@nomicfoundation/hardhat-toolbox](https://github.com/NomicFoundation/hardhat/tree/HEAD/packages/hardhat-toolbox) and [hardhat](https://github.com/NomicFoundation/hardhat/tree/HEAD/packages/hardhat). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `uuid`

Updates `@nomicfoundation/hardhat-toolbox` from 6.1.0 to 7.0.0
