I'm adding this plugin to the Nixvim codebase

Hi @shortcuts and others,

Just want to let you know I've raised to pull request to add No Neck Pain to the supported Nixvim plugins. It was the only plugin I had in my config that was not supported, so I decided to try and add it myself.

I'm not a usual maintainer of either Nixvim or NNP, so if there's any adjustments that you'd like/need me to make, let me know and I will try and incorporate them.
