Problem
There are some necessary fixes after Solana
1.18.8(which the repo is currently on), and we'll recommend the1.18.17version in the upcoming patch release.Summary of changes
Upgrade Solana toolchain and dependencies to
1.18.17. Note that the minimum required Solana version (1.17.3) is still the same.
