Gstar part updates (#342)

* Move CVS history to the end of the file

* Adding the K+*(892) and K-*(892) particles with decay modes 100% to K0short + pi+/-,
which subsequently decays 100% to pi+ pi-.  Relevant entries from the gstar particle
table:
