Deprecate Pattern methods unqualified for release candidate?

hello,

I noticed in the 0.41.5 changelog that Detail.namedGroups() has been marked as to be deprecated.

Will there be an alternative method introduced to serve a similar purpose? For instance, I saw that Detail.groupNames() is also to be deprecated and is planned to be refactored to Pattern.groupNames().

If Detail.namedGroups() is being fully deprecated without a direct replacement, could you provide some guidance on how to best handle or refactor code that currently depends on it?

The reason why namedGroups() are deprecated is that they work fully correctly with normal usage; but if J modifier is used, multiple groups with the same name can be used, and it's not clear what the method should actually do in that case.
