Added VPC endpoints from #311 to Terraform 0.11 branch

Description

• Added Endpoints to 0.11.X branch from PR AWS Glue, Sagemaker Notebook VPC endpoint, STS endpoint, endpoint outputs #311
• Added the following endpoints:
  CodePipeline, AppMesh, Sagemaker (API + Runtime), Transfer, Service Catalog and Storage Gateway
• split endpoints to separate file like in main branch

I think you just broke a record on how fast this was. i'll probably be backporting things for a while. the company i work at didn't make the move to 0.12 yet.

This is because you have a good record of solid changes and I had some time for this. There is often not much I need to fix or verify manually after your PRs.

Great, I don't have any projects where I have to stick to 0.11 myself, so I focus entirely on 0.12.
