Hi, as per quick convo with @cosenal earlier on #714 , I identified this issue as potentially benefiting from good knowledge of Astro.

I have a PR ready to shoot:

Same type of operations used in the current RSS for blogs, but merging blogs and grants entries into a single feed (can be organised differently, too, e.g., grants first with blogs after, but chronological order is most common choice).
Current blog RSS still in place, in case anyone wants to subscribe only to the blog.
RSS link can be added easily in social media bar, although it's not entirely necessary as the feed is located at /rss.xml, which is fairly standard.

Additionally, the PR would also:

add a sitemap (a little surprised there wasn't one)
almost solve add GitHub link in Community footer #714 (pending image by designer) (had to check this anyway to see if RSS link would be easy to add - can remove, I suppose)
almost solve Update branding in link and social card previews #689 (pending images by designer) (easier to work with RSS and sitemaps with clean head section)

Won't send the PR without notice to not accidentally trigger anything. It's a public-facing website, after all.

My intention is simply to give you more time to work on other matters. I know Astro very well, ran into this repo while checking other repos, realised it's an Astro website, so I figured why not.

If you prefer not to consider the PR, this is fine. I am very grateful for all the good word you do, and it only took me a few hours so not a big deal.
