I want to have a single source of external links. I was hoping pypi would work but it does not!

This doesn’t meet my needs but also does not work

And even explicitly defining forming a link with pypi here does not work!

This works but doesn’t meet my requirements

The link is in the text of the notebook which does not meet my requirements. Nuts.
